At Fashionmart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. We'll be happy to assist you with the process and answer any questions you may have.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if the item you received was defective or damaged, we'll cover the cost of return shipping.
